The easiest way to CHANGE YOUR IP!!
Hello guys, it seems that some of you are having trouble operating Vidalia!
Now, I give you the easiest way to change your IP.
You can change your IP with just one click.
And you get a new IP everytime.
In your firefox just install
Go to 'Tools'
Tools>Options>Advanced.
And Select Network tab, then "Settings."
And select
'Automatic proxy configuration url'
and there paste this url : http://proxy.rice.edu/proxy.pac

I have done what you have said but after installing and restarting firefox, the proxy is enabled but still it is showing my IP address. I have checked on www.whatismyipaddress.com
please help me to hide my ip over net.
